I'm Ana Lucia, a dynamic professional with an international background and a passion for customer satisfaction!
I speak 4 languages fluently, I have lived in 5 countries and have worked with people from all corners of the globe. I thrive in an diverse, complex environment, where being culturally aware and culturally sensitive is key.
Academically, I was a top performing student throughout all of my studies.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature and a Master of Art in Media, Culture and Communication. I also completed a secondary Master of Arts in Foreign Language Education with a focus on Adult Learning.
More recently, I am certified as an APMG Change Management practitioner. I am also currently completing my ICF certification as a Life Coach and Organizational Development Coach.
All of this to say, I am a unique blend of people focused professional, who is always learning, growing and challenging herself.
In 2008, I began my career in technology for a SaaS based software company with HQ in California but a remote working model. I was responsible for online curriculum design and virtual instruction for end users of pricing tools at global retailers. I was exposed early on to how a cloud-based software company operates, to agile development, machine learning and artificial intelligence in it's advent, and to the computer science that makes it all work. In this role I travelled throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe and learned a great deal about working globally.
I was then scouted to work for the most successful Business Execution software in HR technology, Successfactors, and quickly evolved into a consultant and solutions expert. As a Mastery certified trainer, I delivered certification courses to global consultants from Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, Capgemini, and many other consultancies. Training was delivered virtually in an engaging hybrid model combining theory with practice.
In 2013, I moved to Europe and transitioned again into a role as a management consultant on technology deployments. My work became highly client focused, as I managed customers through sales, delivery, adoption and post engagement support. As an organized, structured, communicative and efficient professional, I quickly evolved into a senior manager and coached others on how to deliver.
Most recently I have been freelancing as a programme manager in multinational businesses which are global, complex, matrix and cross-functional.

I open up the lines of communication in the enterprise. I help bring clarity of information and help drive transformation and change through a combination of solid programme planning and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
I organise and structure initiatives and activities to support the people side of the business as new ways of working or new technologies are introduced.
I work hand in hand with executive leaders to strategise on how to achieve the change, while at the same time working with teams in the business to execute projects in a collaborative and agile approach.
As a multi-faceted professional, I offer consultative level expertise in project management, change management, digital adoption and HR technology.
